Toronto Dermatology Centre is an extremely busy clinic specializing in anti-aging and corrective treatments including Botox, wrinkle fillers, laser treatments and medical-grade skincare.

We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated, professional and experienced Medical Esthetician to join our cosmetic & laser clinic. Working alongside our team of physicians, the Medical Esthetician will facilitate treatment options and relationship building with patients.

The successful candidate will be an organized, dynamic, results-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a successful track record in administration or customer service roles.

Job Description

• Perform medical-grade esthetic treatments such as Morpheus8, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, facials and Coolsculpting
• Conduct detailed skin analysis and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines, post treatment care, and medical grade skincare product recommendations
• Follow strict infection prevention, sanitation, and health & safety protocols
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to clinic standards
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and progress
• Stay updated on new treatments, technologies, and skincare products
• Provide exceptional client care and build ongoing relationships
• Promoting in-clinic loyalty programs and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in Medical Esthetics or Esthetics from a recognized institution
• Certification in laser and advanced skin treatments - preferred
• Sales experience (for recommending services and products)
• Experience with medical-grade skincare treatment and devices
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatment protocols
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with devices such as IPL/BBL, RF and laser systems
• Sales ability for medical-grade skincare products
• Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic

Additional pay: Commission

Schedule: Full time, permanent, Monday - Friday with some Saturdays required

Pay: $23.00 per hour
