LOVE Ramen?

Menya Kouji Group is looking for experienced Full-Time Server Supervisor who can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Also, those who are friendly, honest, hard-working, proactive, flexible for the shift availabilities with a knack for hospitality.

Server Supervisor (Full-Time)

Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Lead and support the serving team, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle any guest concerns professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Manage scheduling, staff performance, and workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in processing orders and payments using POS systems (TouchBistro, Clover, Moneris).
  • Uphold restaurant policies and ensure team punctuality and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a server supervisor/ manager in a restaurant setting.
  • Serving It Right certification.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
  • Punctual and reliable

Assets:

  • Multilingual abilities (Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills.
  • Experience with TouchBistro, Clover, or Moneris POS systems.
  • Strong common sense and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: Starting at $19.5/hour ($18.25/hour during probation period) + Tips **Wage will be negotiated after successful completion of probation
