Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, along with supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and development to enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensure timely service of meals while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements
