We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time | 35–40 hrs/week)

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our front-line team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

Candidates must be comfortable with a variable schedule and working at different locations as required.

· Hours: 35–40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with shifts ranging from 8–10 hours per day

· Shift Times: A flexible schedule is required with various shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

· Locations: North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and two locations in Vancouver

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Greet customers with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phone inquiries and provide information about services
  • Assist with drop-offs, pick-ups, and payments
  • Book alteration appointments and manage customer requests

Production Support

  • Invoice orders accurately
  • Prepare, assemble, and stage completed orders for pickup or delivery
  • Organize garments on the conveyor system efficiently

Quality Control

  • Inspect finished garments to ensure they meet our exacting standards
  • Flag and resolve any discrepancies or quality concerns

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or office administration is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Basic computer literacy (POS systems, data entry, email communication)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a well-established company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
