Key Duties & Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, ensuring timely seating for guests while optimizing table turnover.
• Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and take reservations while providing information about the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the serving team to ensure smooth seating transitions and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
• Engage with guests while they wait, ensuring they feel attended to and informed of wait times.
• Assist in managing guest flow and communicating table status to the rest of the team.

What You Bring to the Table

• Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset, but not required. We’re excited to train enthusiastic individuals who love creating a welcoming guest experience!
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage guests with confidence, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Friendly & Approachable: You enjoy meeting new people and are committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Multitasking Skills: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks, including managing reservations and guest inquiries.
• Problem-Solving Ability: You stay calm under pressure and can quickly address seating challenges or guest concerns.
• Team-Oriented: You work well with others and are always ready to support your teammates when needed.
