Fitness Centre Attendant – Part-time

We are looking for a Part-time Fitness Centre Attendant with flexible availability to work varying shifts including morning and evening shifts (or as assigned) including weekends, holidays and on-call shifts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining fitness equipment to ensure everything is in proper working order.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the fitness facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout fitness facilities.
• Interact with members, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Answering Members’ questions
• Ability to demonstrate exercises and host fitness orientations for members

Requirements & Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Fitness background
• Students and beginners are welcome
• Applicants must have a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized and safe environment in the Fitness Centre
• Applicants should feel comfortable enforcing policies and procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
• Flexibility with work hours
• Applicants must have their full CPR/AED Certification
• A Criminal Record Check will be required.
• Must be neat, organized and detail oriented.
• Willingness to learn and develop both social and technical skills.
