Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher to join our aviation operations team. This position supports an aircraft flight training fleet, requiring strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to make real-time decisions in a dynamic environment.

No aviation experience? No problem—we provide full training. We’re looking for the right mindset and skillset.

What You'll Do

As a Dispatcher, you’ll be at the centre of our daily operations, ensuring aircraft, instructors, and students are coordinated efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities Include but not limited

  • Managing and scheduling aircraft bookings to maximize fleet utilization
  • Adjusting schedules due to weather, maintenance, or operational changes
  • Monitoring radio communications and supporting active flight operations
  • Supporting student and customer bookings, inquiries, and program guidance
  • Tracking aircraft usage and maintaining accurate operational records
  • Handling invoicing, payments, and account follow-ups

What We're Looking For

We’re not looking for traditional dispatchers—we’re looking for problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced, highly coordinated environments.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence working with schedules, systems, and real-time changes
  • A proactive mindset and ability to prioritize quickly

Bonus (but not required):

  • Customer service experience (1+ year preferred)
  • Experience with scheduling, coordination, or operations
  • Familiarity with aviation or interest in the industry
  • POS/cash handling experience
