$22/hour + overtime | Typically 40–50 hours/week | Full-time, year-round

Job Type / Category:

We're looking for an experienced Class 5 delivery driver for an established local bottled-water route in the Fredericton, New Brunswick area. This is a permanent position with consistent hours, established customers and independent day-to-day work.

This delivery driver will mainly be responsible for the delivery of bottled water (various sizes; up to 100 lbs) to homes and businesses. Full-time local route position. Home every night. Established customer routes. Regular weekday work. Benefits. Independent workday without a manager looking over your shoulder. We're looking specifically for someone who is responsible and reliable with commercial delivery/box-truck experience who wants a stable long-term position.

Job Duties:

* Delivering bottled water (various sizes; up to 100 lbs) to homes and businesses.

* Filling out sales invoices.

* Effectively communicating with dispatch.

* Loading the delivery truck.

* Offloading bottles from the truck.

* Performing basic maintenance checks on assigned delivery truck.

* Keeping delivery vehicle clean.

Requirements:

* Able to lift 100 lbs multiple times per day and do so safely and without injury.

* Minimum 1 year driving experience with a box style delivery truck.

* Class 5 Canadian Drivers License

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Able to print neatly and clearly.

* Organized and able to efficiently manage a delivery route.
