Customer service sucks and always schedule installs next pay period, so commissioned sales reps have to wait 5 weeks for commission.
The same as an interview in any other office environment, ready to answer questions about yourself and your skills.

Show some appreciation for a great employee that works hard to give top support and service. Culligan gives me a company vehicle and this is great but I still feel unappreciated.
