Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in PEGA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions leveraging PEGA platform technologies. This position offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects within a collaborative environment, utilizing a broad range of technical skills to optimize business processes and deliver high-quality solutions.

Duties

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for PEGA-based applications and systems.
  • Design, develop, and implement PEGA workflows, rules, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Conduct system analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within PEGA environments.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of PEGA solutions with other platforms such as AWS, Azure, or on-premises systems.
  • Perform testing and validation of PEGA applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to PEGA applications and collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and maintenance.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies such as VMware, operating systems (Windows, Linux), SQL databases (Oracle), scripting languages (Bash, Shell Scripting), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to recommend best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst working with PEGA platform solutions.
  • Strong understanding of PEGA rules, workflows, case management, and decisioning capabilities.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Bash (Unix shell), Shell Scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services including AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware.
  • Familiarity with operating systems including Windows and Linux environments.
  • Experience working with DevOps practices for continuous integration/deployment.
  • Understanding of networking concepts such as VPNs for secure remote access.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
