What You’ll Do to Excel

• Assist with various day-to-day finance and accounting functions.
• Ensure accurate data entry, timely updates, and maintenance of financial databases as needed.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, accounting software, CRM systems, and industry platforms.
• Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
• Generate and retrieve commission statements and reports to support team members.
• Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems for all financial transactions.
• Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with advisors and partners.
