Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valued to serve our diverse client base effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with product or service information, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and transaction records.
• Engage in upselling and suggest additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear and respectful interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
• Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and quality assurance.

Requirements

• New Entry or experience in customer service or related roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform data entry efficiently with high accuracy.
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.

Pay: $26.25-$34.31 per hour
