We are seeking a VP, Delivery - Digital and Enterprise Solutions to own the end‑to‑end execution of our digital, enterprise, and AI platform agenda. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive will lead a high‑performing delivery organization responsible for building and scaling enterprise‑grade technology platforms—including a next‑generation, AI‑driven data platform that supports clinical excellence, operational performance, and business intelligence across the organization.
This is a highly visible leadership role with direct accountability for translating strategy into execution at scale. The successful candidate will be a seasoned technology leader who thrives in complex, regulated environments, brings a strong product and delivery mindset, and is energized by the opportunity to apply AI, analytics, and modern cloud technologies to improve outcomes, increase operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
Job Description
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital, enterprise, and AI initiatives aligned with corporate strategy
- Define delivery roadmaps, governance, KPIs, and reporting to ensure high‑quality, on‑time, on‑budget execution
- Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing delivery organization, including Program Directors and project teams
- Oversee large‑scale digital health platforms, enterprise systems, and AI/data platforms
- Partner with executive and business leaders to deliver measurable clinical, operational, and financial value
- Manage vendor relationships, risk, compliance, security, and delivery quality
- Champion modern delivery practices, DevOps, and the adoption of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive technology delivery experience, including senior leadership of large, complex programs.
- Proven success delivering regulated, data‑intensive platforms; healthcare experience an asset.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, modern architectures, enterprise integration, and data/AI ecosystems.
- Strong people leader with experience building, scaling, and retaining high‑performing teams.
- Expertise in Agile and modern delivery methodologies (e.g., SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD).
