Apparel & Merch Production Specialist (Embroidery & Apparel Production)

Location: North York, ON (Victoria Park & Steeles Area)

Part-Time$20-$25/hourOpportunity for Full-Time Growth

ABOUT US

We are a Brand Execution company that helps organizations bring their brands into the physical world through strategy, sourcing, production, and fulfillment.

We work with businesses, apparel brands, organizations, and event teams to create uniforms, merchandise, promotional products, and branded experiences.

We're growing and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on production position working primarily with industrial embroidery equipment while learning additional decoration and production processes.

You will eventually be trained on multiple pieces of equipment and be involved in the entire production workflow from blank garments through final quality control and packaging.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate industrial Tajima embroidery equipment Hoop garments and prepare jobs Thread machines and perform basic setup Monitor production quality Operate heat press equipment Assist with sewing, vinyl cutting, and laser cutting projects Fold, package, and prepare orders for delivery Maintain an organized workspace Follow quality control procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Comfortable learning technical processes Able to work independently Positive attitude Comfortable standing for portions of shifts Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

EXPERIENCE

Priority goes to applicants with: Embroidery experience Apparel decoration experience Production or manufacturing experience

No experience required for the right candidate.

We are willing to train someone who demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

SCHEDULE

Typically weekday mornings starting around 8:30 AM.

3-6 hour shifts, 2-3 days per week initially.
