You are analytical and detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking and documentation skills. You communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners and are comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines. You work collaboratively, take ownership of your work and look for opportunities to improve processes and support the broader underwriting team.

• Analyze new business opportunities to evaluate risk and determine appropriate underwriting approaches.
• Prepare and document proposals for new and renewal business.
• Prepare renewal packages for small to medium-sized groups.

• Support underwriting leadership with carrier communications and process improvements.

• GBA designation is preferred.
What we can offer
• Opportunity to work on complex and meaningful underwriting opportunities.
• Unique ability to apply an underwriting skill set in a Third-Party Provider environment.
• Collaborative team environment with strong carrier relationships.
• Group Benefits Plan
• Growth Opportunities
• Hybrid Work; remote may be considered
• Competitive Salary
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits:
