Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team.

Duties

  • Operate heavy-duty trucks to transport freight across designated routes.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Load and unload cargo, and equipment ensuring proper handling and load securement.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
  • Perform minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle readiness.
  • Operate machinery
  • Assist crews as needed

Requirements

  • Valid AZ or ARZ license
  • 3 years proven experience in commercial driving or heavy equipment operation is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of freight and equipment handling procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ability to perform basic automotive repairs is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
