Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive pay - position is 100% commission based (up to 10% of sales). Most comfort advisors produce minimum $2 million in annual revenue

We are currently hiring a full-time permanent Comfort Advisor to join our growing Residential team! This is a 100% commission based sales position.

Responsibilities

  • Listen to the needs of our customers, and work with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their home's HVAC needs
  • Do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
  • Develop key client relationships, negotiate, and closing deals
  • Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team
  • Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
  • Get potential customers excited about Ashton and encourage them to spread the word
  • Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs
  • Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school
  • 1 year minimum of commission-based sales experience
  • Knowledge of residential HVAC systems (mini-split units, furnaces, AC’s, heat pumps, tankless water heaters) would be an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Class 5 license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in English
