Too l much red tape. asking for school documents going all the way back to high school diploma. This is ok if you just finished high school but when you are a senior COS specialist you graduated high school over 20 or 30 years ago since then the school system has changed.

Yes depending on how much control your manager wants:
1. Building flooded and you were expected to work from home, you are also expected to cover all time zones in Canada
2.New manager came and head count was at 8:30 am, where the manager literally walked the cubbies to
1. make sure you were there (don't go get coffee)
2. if your head was down and working.
