About the Position

Do you enjoy meeting people from around the world?

Would you rather spend your day exploring the Canadian Rockies than sitting in an office?

Are you confident speaking to groups and providing outstanding customer service?

We are looking for professional Driver/Guides to join our team and deliver exceptional experiences to visitors exploring Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and the surrounding areas.

This position combines safe driving, hospitality, storytelling, and customer service. You will be responsible for transporting guests safely while providing engaging commentary about Alberta's history, wildlife, culture, and natural attractions.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional
  • Comfortable speaking with groups of people
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Passionate about tourism and hospitality
  • Safety-focused at all times
  • Able to work independently and solve problems
  • Familiar with Banff National Park and the Canadian Rockies (preferred)

Previous experience in tourism, guiding, hospitality, customer service, public speaking, or transportation is a strong asset.

No guiding experience? We provide training for the right candidate.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid Alberta Class 4 Driver's Licence
  • Clean Driver's Abstract
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays during peak season
  • Ability to pass company screening requirements
