Full job description

We're looking for a Junior/Intermediate Leisure Travel Consultant to join our team and help clients plan and book unforgettable vacations. The ideal candidate has hands-on agency experience selling cruises, vacation packages, and air travel, and is comfortable working face-to-face with clients in an on-site environment.

- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
- Sell and book cruises, vacation packages, and air travel
- Provide expert recommendations on destinations, itineraries, and travel products
- Process bookings accurately using industry reservation systems
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up
- Stay current on supplier promotions, cruise line offerings, and package deals
- Handle client inquiries, changes, and issue resolution professionally

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** working in a travel agency
- Solid understanding of selling **cruises, vacation packages, and air travel**
- Working knowledge of Galileo (Travelport) or Amadeus
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work on-site this role does not offer remote work
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on bookings and client requests

Nice to Have:

- Cruise-specific certifications (e.g., CLIA)
- Existing supplier relationships or preferred vendor knowledge
- Experience with luxury or destination wedding travel
