Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Operations Technicians for autonomous vehicle testing. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development of cutting-edge automotive technology by assisting with data collection, operating in-car testing equipment, and ensuring smooth test operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on next-generation mobility solutionsand gain hands-on experience in the autonomous vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the driver in following pre-planned test routes.
  • Monitor and document the testing process using notes, pictures, and video recordings.
  • Operate and manage specialized in-car testing equipment.
  • Collect, organize, and transfer test data.
  • Work inside a vehicle for extended periods (6+ hours per day).
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules, including weekends when required.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required—training will be provided.
  • Technical aptitude—ability to learn and operate in-car test equipment.
  • Flexibility—willingness to work variable hours, including weekends.
  • Endurance—comfortable sitting in a vehicle for long durations.
