Title: Area Sales Manager - Multi-Family

Location: Edmonton and surrounding area

Job Overview

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Area Sales Manager leads daily operations at the sales centre and manages the end-to-end buyer journey from initial contact through to possession. You will deliver high-caliber client experiences that maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Representing Landridge Homes professionally across our multi-family and residential product lines.
  • Guiding clients seamlessly through the home buying journey to hit and exceed key revenue targets.
  • Selecting and configuring spec files aligned with current regional inventory.
  • Continuously building deep product knowledge to strengthen the sales process.
  • Crafting innovative local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic while protecting brand standards.
  • Assisting with buyer engagement campaigns and digital/social media initiatives.
  • Maintaining pristine showhome presentations and performing ongoing competitive market analysis.

Essential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Track record of success in professional sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle access.
  • Clear criminal record check.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint), industry ERP tools (NewStar), and remote workflow software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in new home residential construction.
