Thank you for your interest in joining Stryder! We are a multiple award-winning 3PL provider specializing in Transportation, Warehousing and Logistics for some of the largest food, beverage, paper and packaging companies in the world since 1989.

We are currently seeking a reliable, full-time Billing Agent to join our team at our Canadian headquarters in Richmond, BC. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and be able to work productively in a team-focused environment as well as on their own.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating and issuing invoices to customers via email & customer portals

- Sorting, filing & scanning documents

- Respond and investigate customer inquiries regarding invoices

- Aids transport billing team with overall daily functions

- Adhere to department policies and procedures

- Any other tasks as assigned by the Accounts Receivable and Billing Managers

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of Administrative or Accounting experience is preferred but not required – we will train candidates with the right attitude who are motivated to learn.

- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office

- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

- Previous working experience in the Transportation/Logistics industry is an asset

- Reliable personal vehicle
