Just graduated in Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Human Kinetics or a STEM related degree and unsure what comes next? Are you a Kinesiologist and wanting more in your professional life? What if you could turn your degree into a hands-on clinical career - helping people move better and live pain-free - without needing prior experience? We are seeking motivated individuals who are curious about Pedorthics - a specialized, in-demand field focused on biomechanics, custom-made orthotics and footwear.

No Pedorthic experience? No problem. We will guide you every step of the way.

  • 2-month bridge program (starting May) for prerequisite completion

What You’ll Be Doing as a Resident Pedorthist

  • Assist with biomechanical assessments and patient care
  • Training in assessing lower limb anatomy, muscle and joint function
  • Help design, fit, and adjust custom-made orthotics and orthopaedic footwear.
  • Educate patients on foot health, footwear, and injury prevention
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and deliver exceptional patient care
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree or diploma in Kinesiology (or related field: Human Kinetics, Health Sciences)
  • Interest in orthotics, rehabilitation, or sports medicine, footwear, and lower limb bracing
  • A passion for helping people alleviate pain, abnormalities and debilitating conditions of the lower limbs and feet so your patients can enjoy healthy, active lives.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Compensation & Perks

  • Entry-level salary: approximately $45,000 – $65,000 (clinic & province dependent)
