Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented team member to join our growing operations. This person will help inspect, grade, and process trading cards, ensuring every submission meets our quality and consistency standards. You’ll also support customer submissions, data entry, and help represent the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with quality control, verification, and encapsulation workflow.
  • Operate magnification tools, lighting, and software to assess quality accurately.
  • Handle all inventory with extreme care and precision.
  • Log, track, and process submissions using our system.
  • Support customer inquiries, both online and in person, with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, service, and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Passion for sports, games and hobbies.
  • Previous experience in card collecting is an asset
  • Comfortable using digital tools and data entry software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle high-value collectibles responsibly.

Requirements

  • Experience in grading, pre-grading, evaluating, buying and selling sports and TCG cards is highly appreciated
  • Proven experience in processing, particularly in technology or online platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing teams or projects.
  • Background in business development is a plus
