We are seeking a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR to oversee building and equipment maintenance operations. You will ensure facilities remain in excellent condition while managing maintenance teams, preventive programs, vendors, budgets, and health & safety compliance.

BRINGING IT TO THE ROLE

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
  • Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain positive supplier relationships.
  • Supervise, train, and develop maintenance staff while monitoring productivity.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, optimizing stock levels.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Track maintenance performance and report key metrics to management.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience as a maintenance supervisor (2+ years preferred).
  • Has strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and equipment maintenance.
  • Understands health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Can manage budgets, resources, and team performance effectively.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicates clearly and works well with teams and vendors.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree (highly advantageous).
