Tim Hortons Restaurant Hiring jobs in Ottawa, ON

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance / Handy Person / Plumber to join our team supporting multiple Tim Hortons locations in the Walkley Road and surrounding areas. You will also be taught how to fix various restaurant equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks (plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, drywall, etc.)
• Diagnose and fix plumbing issues including clogs, leaks, and fixture replacements
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Coordinate with managers and external contractors when necessary
• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
• Learn and be able to fix various restaurant equipment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, plumbing, or handyman work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Availability for 30–40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Handyman: 2 years (required)
• Equipment repair: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
