Receptionist & Patient Care Coordinator

Full‑time | On‑site | Halifax
$16.75–$18.75 per hour

BrainStim Health is growing, and we’re looking for a warm, organized, and patient‑centred Receptionist & Patient Care Coordinator to support our Halifax clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping create a welcoming experience while keeping clinic operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet patients and manage check‑in/check‑out with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer calls, emails, and online inquiries with clear, compassionate communication
  • Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments to support efficient clinic flow
  • Coordinate with clinicians, TMS Technicians, and the Navigation team
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
  • Provide information on services, treatment pathways, and next steps
  • Offer basic financial counselling and process payments
  • Support administrative tasks: scanning, filing, data entry, reports
  • Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and documentation standards
  • Assist with online inquiries, outreach follow‑ups, and patient engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • MOA certificate, Health Care Administration program, or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience in a medical office or patient services role
  • Experience with KAT or TMS is a strong asset
  • Proficiency with EMRs, scheduling systems, and digital communication tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable discussing treatment information and financial details
  • Reliable, patient‑centred, and collaborative
