Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator

Face Cosmedics | Fort McMurray, AB

Face Cosmedics is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience while supporting daily clinic operations and social media engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using Jane App
  • Manage client communications and follow-up reminders
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Support membership sales and treatment package promotions
  • Assist with clinic organization, cleanliness, and daily operations
  • Coordinate retail product sales and recommendations

Social Media

  • Capture clinic content including before-and-after photos, treatment videos, and team highlights (with proper consent)
  • Assist with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms
  • Create stories, posts, reels, and engage with followers and inquiries
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Help maintain a positive and professional clinic atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, reception, hospitality, retail, or medical office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and social media platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive attitude with a passion for client care and aesthetics
  • Experience with photography, video creation, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, or social media management is considered an asset
