Full job description

Pita Pit Windsor is hiring a reliable, hands-on Supervisor/Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Must have open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be willing to open or close the restaurant and step in during staffing shortages when required

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support team members
  • Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and daily operations
  • Open and close the restaurant as required
  • Help wherever needed to ensure smooth operations
