Do you have what it takes?
· LPN or RN certification is an asset
· Previous experience as physician’s assistant or in the Medical Aesthetics Industry
· Proficiency in Windows Office, Windows Publisher, EMR
· Retail Experience (beneficial)
· Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
· Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
· Strong Administrative skills
· Outgoing and welcoming persona

Responsibilities:
· Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic.
· Assist physicians with procedures and work as their extender in fostering a positive relationship.
· Maintain patient charts in Patient Management System.
· Receive inventory
· Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software.
· Work effectively both independently and in teams.
· Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
