Head Host (Full-Time)
Lee Restaurant – Toronto (Spadina & Richmond)

For over 25 years, Lee Restaurant has been recognized as one of Toronto’s premier dining destinations, led by internationally acclaimed Chef Susur Lee. This is an opportunity to build your career within a respected, high-performance hospitality environment.

We are currently seeking a full-time Head Host—a mature, professional, and experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and understands the importance of first impressions.

About the Role
As a Host at Lee, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in shaping their overall experience. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure smooth communication between guests and the service team in a high-volume environment (200–400 guests nightly).

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hosting experience in a professional, high-volume restaurant is an asset
  • Expertise with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
  • Ability to remain composed and organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Leadership qualities and a proactive approach
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
