As a Commercial Sales Manager, you'll focus primarily on acquiring new commercial customers while leveraging strategic partnerships to expand our footprint with fleet operators, rental companies, utilities, and service providers. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building a territory, developing relationships, and spending time with customers in the field.


What you'll do

  • Identify, develop, and close new commercial fleet opportunities.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
  • Grow market share by developing strategic customer relationships.
  • Leverage existing partnerships to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Operations and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage a large territory with autonomy, accountability, and a strong field presence.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through new customer acquisition and account growth.


What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success in business development and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience selling solutions, services, or value-based offerings.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and territory management skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience in fleet, transportation, automotive, logistics, equipment rental, or related industries is an asset.


Travel

This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel throughout Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Approximately 75% of your time will be spent meeting customers and prospects, including overnight travel.


Compensation & Benefits


Salary Range:
$90,000 – $100,000 per year

At Belron Canada, compensation is determined based on several factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market competitiveness. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive program, comprehensive group benefits, and retirement savings program.
