Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef (Meat Specialist) to join our restaurant and food service team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in meat preparation and South Asian cuisines, along with leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Education & Experience

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and cook Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and quality standards.

· Ensure timely food preparation to meet high-volume take-out orders.

· Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation of all menu items.

· Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.

· Manage proper handling, storage, and rotation of raw ingredients.

· Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

· Assist in menu planning and daily food preparation scheduling.

· Monitor food quality and make adjustments to meet customer expectations.

· Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.

· Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
