Telecommunication Consultant jobs

We're building our Calgary telecommunications team with people who bring strong communication skills, curiosity, and a genuine interest in working with customers.

As a Telecommunications Advisor, you'll receive hands-on training while building experience in customer communications, sales, customer service, and one of Canada's most established industries.

Every customer has different communication needs. Your role is to understand what matters to them, answer questions, and help them explore Internet, TV, home phone, and mobile solutions that make sense for their household, lifestyle, and budget.

You'll have ongoing coaching and an experienced team behind you as you learn the role and continue developing your professional skills.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers and prospective clients to learn about their current services and understand what they're looking for
• Explain available Internet, TV, home phone, and mobile plans, features, promotions, and eligibility in a clear and helpful way
• Recommend options based on each customer's connectivity needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Answer questions and help customers feel confident in their choices
• Complete service enrollments accurately and maintain organized customer records
• Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups throughout the day
• Participate in daily team meetings covering goals, product updates, promotions, and ongoing training
• Follow up with customers as needed to support a positive experience after enrollment

Experience isn't required. We'll provide the product and industry training you need to get started.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other people-focused roles is an asset, but not a requirement.

Pay: $880.00-$1,000.00 per week
