Telecommunication Consultant jobs

We're looking for a full-time Telecommunications Advisor to join our growing team.

Every customer has different communication needs, and your role will be to help them find the services that fit best. You'll meet with customers in person and take the time to understand their current setup, answer their questions, and recommend Internet, TV, home phone, and mobile solutions that match their lifestyle and budget.

With industry-leading training, ongoing coaching, and the support of an experienced team, you'll continue developing valuable communication, customer service, and professional skills while making a positive difference for every customer.

Primary Responsibilities

• Start the day by reviewing previous day's submissions, responding to emails, and ensuring customer records are accurate and up to date
• Attend morning team meetings to discuss daily goals, priorities, product updates, and upcoming promotions
• Meet with assigned customers and prospective clients face to face, manage follow-ups and respond to new customer inquiries
• Create welcoming, informative conversations where customers feel comfortable asking questions and exploring their options
• Learn about each customer's current services, household, devices, and connectivity needs to better understand what matters most to them
• Walk customers through available plans, features, promotions, and eligibility requirements that best fit each customer's lifestyle, needs, and budget
• Complete service enrollments accurately while maintaining organized customer records for future support
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure they understand their new services and continue to have a positive experience

Pay: $44,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
