Your skills

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in desktop IT support
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and common enterprise applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between client sites
  • Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
  • This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $24 - $28 USD based on experience and skillsets.

Your tasks

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Onsite Technician to provide onsite IT support across enterprise environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with desktop support, and delivers excellent customer service while working directly at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
  • Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
  • Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
  • Support project rollouts and deployments
