  • Regularly communicate with cross-functional departments to improve overall IT systems and experience.
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
  • Maintain IT asset solutions, procurement, inventory management, and software license implementations.
  • Assist with account provisioning (onboard/offboard) of user accounts, permission, and groups in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external IT service requests through Jira Service Management.
  • Coordinate and assist third party vendors to troubleshoot and escalate for problem resolution.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years' experience supporting systems, networks, and end clients. Experience within a retail or operations environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, engaging, professional, collaborative, and team-focused attitude.
  • Ability to deal with all levels of personnel, build and maintain relationships, exercise discretion on confidential matters and work independently.
  • Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience analyzing processes and creating clear documentation and SOPs.
  • Insatiable curiosity, a drive for continuous improvement and automation.
  • Experience with both on-site and remote environments: Active Directory, Windows Servers, Office 365, Exchange Online and Azure Cloud.
