Depends on when you apply. IF you apply during National Hiring Day's, you will likely get a phone call or Teams meeting and then be brought in for an in person interview. Other times to apply would before Christmas (Oct or Nov area. Be ready to potentially be offered permanent position or look for other employment) or around Back to School (June-July), as both times are high income terms where they need people.

If you manage to get hired in the seasonal time, you're guaranteed to be fired after it's done. Unless you have some kind of connections with the supervisors or managers.

Read the job duties thoroughly and prepare accordingly. Just be yourself. They will mostly ask situational questions. Gave mine today, waiting for reply.

Stop treating your employees awfully, stop letting managers go on a power trip, stop thinking high school drama is "professional behaviour", and most importantly? Stop pretending you care about your employees mental health. Especially when associates think it's okay to yell at them in front of your coworkers.

It's handled in a professional and timely manner. Best management I've seen in a long time.

This is really the only reason I stayed for as long as I did before termination. People who work there actually care for their customers and their needs, not just selling them an expensive item because they can. Co-workers are REALLY easy to get along with and you can almost always connect to someone in your department, let alone others.
