    • Microscopic Precision: Comfortably and consistently work under optical or digital microscopes for extended periods.
    • Mechanical Assembly: Employ various hand tools on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) for tasks including soldering, depanelization, conformal coating, labeling, and other light mechanical assembly duties.
    • In-Process Quality Control: Inspect all in-process electronic assemblies from prior manufacturing stages for IPC-A-610 compliance before proceeding with your own work.
    • Rework & Touch-Up: Perform high-quality touch-ups, modifications, or reworks on soldering defects identified by AOI or quality inspectors.
    • Cross-Functional Support: Step in to support other assembly teams as needed with general hand assembly work or dedicated QC inspection tasks.

    • Proven experience with lead-free (RoHS) soldering processes, understanding the distinct thermal requirements and flux chemistries.
    • Strong ability to read, interpret, and follow complex engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Thorough understanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety protocols and safe handling of moisture-sensitive devices.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Exceptional fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
    • High attention to detail with a commitment to doing it right the first time.
    • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with unwavering accuracy.
