BIG HIRING – Limelight Childcare (second location)

Limelight Childcare is growing, and we are excited to announce a large hiring initiative for our new location.

We are currently hiring:

  • Early Childhood Educators (ECE)

At Limelight Mosaic, we believe early childhood education goes beyond routines and curriculum.

Our philosophy is deeply rooted in child psychology, emotional development, nature-based learning, and art as expression.

Required Qualifications:

  • Full proficiency in English (Native)
  • Valid ECE certification (BC recognized)
  • First Aid & CPR (Infant/Toddler)
  • Minimum two professional references
  • Resume with relevant childcare experience

Preferred Candidates Will Also:

  • Have a strong interest in emotional development, psychology, nature, and art
  • See children as whole human beings, not behavioral tasks
  • Value reflection, connection, and meaningful guidance over control

Who We Are Looking For:

Educators who are emotionally present, thoughtful, and passionate about nurturing the whole child — not just managing a classroom.
