- Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and commercial awareness.
- Experience with psychometric tools is an asset.
- Experience in contingent, retained, or blended search models is an asset.
What success looks like

About us
We value partnership, realism, excellence, accountability, continuous improvement, and holistic thinking. We work closely with clients, focus on practical solutions, and aim to deliver recruitment that is both effective and human-centered.
You’ll be joining a small, tight-knit team that works remotely with a high degree of autonomy. You’ll have real flexibility in how you structure your work, as long as you deliver strong outcomes. We invest heavily in learning and development, including a professional development allowance so you can pursue courses, certifications, and conferences that matter to you.
If you like a low-ego, supportive environment where you can work with lots of clients, solve problems that add real value, keep growing your craft and still have control over your time, you’ll feel at home here.
What we offer
Our total compensation package includes a competitive salary with RRSP matching, along with a base-and-contingent pay structure that rewards successful delivery in this role.
We also offer a comprehensive group benefits plan, paid leave, and flexible work arrangements to support work–life balance. In addition, employees have access to a professional development allowance to support ongoing learning and career growth.
