Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender and become the heart of our lively hospitality environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your energy and enthusiasm will help ensure every guest has a memorable experience, whether they’re enjoying a casual drink or celebrating a special occasion. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
  • Assist in preparing garnishes, mixing drinks, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth service flow
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience through excellent customer service and hospitality

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently during busy hours
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate weights, and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Food service experience is highly valued; previous bartending or serving roles are a plus
