One word.... FAVOURITISM.
Bullying and too much management not enough front line staff.
Always being short staffed and lack of professionalism.
No one cares attitude, lack of respect .
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Woodbine Entertainment a better place to work?
Most management only work day shifts what happens in the day is difficult then what happens in the evening and nights. Different crowds and different challenges.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Woodbine Entertainment? What are the steps along the way?
Hiring can vary, though for the most part it's pretty quick. Basic apply, interview and either hired on the spot or find out with in a few days to a week.
What advice would you give the CEO of Woodbine Entertainment about how to improve the company?
More front line staff, better service and less management who don’t care about anything but their pay check and status at Woodbine.
