Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing financial records, supporting accounting processes, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, utilizing accounting software to facilitate daily financial operations.

Duties

  • Perform accounting tasks such as data entry, ledger management, and transaction recording
  • Utilize accounting software to process invoices, payments, and other financial documents
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and statements as needed
  • Support the finance team in daily administrative tasks related to financial operations
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures regarding financial documentation

Skills

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
