Part-time, Varied hours between, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday

August 24, 2026


End Date:
November 27, 2026


The Opportunity:

The PSW Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision and mentoring for students completing their Clinical Placement in the classroom/workplace setting in order for students to gain experience in a wider range of Personal Support Worker skills.


What you bring to the position:

  • Must be a Personal Support Worker with a college NACC certificate or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick( NANB) or the Associate of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses (ANBLPN).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of current, relevant work experience in a healthcare environment - preferably in a long-term/chronic care setting or with a community care agency.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including supervision, motivation, and facilitation are preferred.
  • Superior communication and organizational skills will be essential to success in this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications and use of the internet.
