Visavie, a company of Spectrum Health Care, is seeking a Senior Living Advisor to serve the Ottawa region.

For more than 35 years, Visavie has supported older adults and their families in choosing a living environment that is appropriate, safe, and reassuring. We are looking for an advisor recognized for strong interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships and maintaining a solid network within the community.
Job Description
- Support seniors and their families in exploring private senior residences and home care options.
- Provide personalized support based on attentive listening, understanding of needs, and trust.
- Facilitate transitions to a new living environment with professionalism and empathy.
- Develop lasting relationships with partners (healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local stakeholders).
- Ensure diligent follow-up and maintain organized case and file management.
Qualifications
- Ability to support and guide vulnerable individuals in collaboration with their families or support network
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service, consultative sales, or business development
- Self-reliance, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver’s license and a vehicle
- Experience in the healthcare field or working with a senior population is considered an asset
