Window Cleaning Technician (Exterior & Interior) – Growth Role

Crystal Cleaning – Montreal’s Higher Standard

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work in teams of 1–2 technicians
  • Execute:
  • Window cleaning (interior & exterior)
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Pressure washing
  • Safely use ladders and professional equipment
  • Deliver high-quality, detail-driven results
  • Communicate clearly with team members and clients
  • Follow company systems (quality control, safety, job notes)

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic (non-negotiable)
  • Reliable and disciplined (on time, consistent)
  • Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
  • Takes initiative — solves problems, doesn’t wait
  • Class 5 driver’s license (required)

Strong assets:

  • Window cleaning or similar manual labor experience
  • Bilingual (English / French)

Compensation & Structure

  • $18.50 – $23.00/hour + performance bonuses
  • Tips + commissions
  • End-of-season bonus
  • Full-time preferred (seasonal/contract options available)

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Occasional weekends (weather-dependent)
