Spend your summer working on a beautiful remote island, gaining valuable hospitality or outdoor recreation experience while surrounded by nature. Whether you enjoy working with guests, supporting lodge operations, or spending your days outdoors, this is a unique opportunity to build skills, meet new people, and be part of an incredible team.

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Summer Students to join our team for the season.

Available Positions:

Back of House Support

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll help ensure the lodge runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with kitchen support
  • Support dishwashing and cleaning duties
  • Help maintain cleanliness throughout the lodge
  • Assist with housekeeping and guest room preparation
  • Organize supplies and support daily operations
  • Work closely with team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Groundskeeper

Perfect for students who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and taking pride in maintaining beautiful natural spaces.

As a Groundskeeper, you will play an important role in ensuring the lodge property, clay target grounds, and outdoor guest areas are maintained to a high standard. You will work independently and as part of the Outdoor Operations Team to create a safe, attractive, and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain lodge grounds, gardens, lawns, clay target grounds, and outdoor common areas
  • Operate and maintain equipment including zero-turn mowers, weed trimmers, chainsaws, and other landscaping tools
  • Perform general property maintenance and repairs as required
  • Assist with trail clearing, brush removal, and seasonal property projects
  • Monitor and maintain outdoor facilities and infrastructure
  • Support dock, shoreline, and waterfront maintenance activities
  • Assist with waste management and property cleanliness
  • Work safely and efficiently while following all operational procedures

No previous groundskeeping experience is required, we are willing to train motivated candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

On-island accommodation and meals provided during shift rotations.

Team members live and work on the island during scheduled 7–10 day rotations, creating a unique team environment and immersive work experience.
