- System Navigation: Seamlessly toggle between multiple software platforms and databases to cross-reference patient information.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain daily logs of migration progress and report any technical roadblocks or data anomalies to the project supervisor immediately.
- Filing & Organization: Assist with organizing digital files, scanning documents, and attaching them to the correct patient charts.
Are you a MATCH?
- Exceptional Keyboarding Skills: Fast and accurate typing ability (minimum 65+ WPM with high keystroke accuracy is preferred).
- Computer Literacy: High technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software systems, navigate complex databases, and utilize dual-monitor setups.
- Fast-Paced Adaptability: Ability to meet daily data-entry quotas and deadlines without sacrificing quality in a high-speed work environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data input, recognizing that errors in medical records can severely impact patient care.
- Healthcare Compliance: Understanding of medical confidentiality laws (HIPAA) and best practices for handling sensitive personal data.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively report system issues or data discrepancies to management.
