About Beam Beauty & Wellness Centre

Beam Beauty & Wellness Centre is a medically supervised wellness and aesthetics clinic located in the heart of Langford, BC. Our multidisciplinary team includes physicians, nurse injectors, naturopathic doctors, laser technicians, and wellness professionals offering advanced skin treatments, medical aesthetics, IV vitamin therapy, and women’s and men’s wellness services.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and client-focused student or young professional to join our team as a Clinic Administration & Operations Assistant through the Canada Summer Jobs program.

This role is ideal for someone interested in:

· healthcare administration

You will work closely with the clinic leadership and front desk/client care team to support the day-to-day operations of a busy and growing wellness clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Support

· Welcome clients and assist with check-in/check-out

· Answer phones and respond to basic client inquiries

· Support appointment confirmations and scheduling

· Assist with maintaining a warm, professional client experience

Administrative & Operations Support

· Assist with organizing digital records and clinic documents

· Support data entry and updating client information in clinic software

· Help maintain internal systems, forms, and operational processes

· Prepare clinic materials and client information packages

Inventory & Clinic Organization

· Assist with inventory counts and stock organization

· Help maintain clean, organized treatment and retail spaces

· Support back-end operational efficiency within the clinic

Marketing & Event Support

· Assist with light social media and communications tasks

· Support content organization and community engagement initiatives

· Help prepare for client events, educational sessions, and in-clinic promotions

What You’ll Gain

Eligibility Requirements
This is a Canada Summer Jobs program position. To be eligible, applicants must:

· Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment

· Be legally entitled to work in Canada

· Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person granted refugee protection under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
