Photo Content

• Plan and execute photoshoots for Field House Brewing Co, Nice Life Drinks Co, Dry Goods and various East Abby projects to capture a variety of products, spaces, and moments that reflect each brands aesthetic and values.
• Ensure the visual content is aligned with the creative vision and contributes to our broad marketing and brand goals. Ensure photos are on brand and lead photo shoot setup, content, landscape/thematics and props organization.
• Collaborate with team members and plan to prioritize shoots that support upcoming campaigns or key business initiatives.

Photo Editing + Asset Management

• Edit and enhance all images for use across digital platforms, ensuring they are optimized for marketing and both external and internal use.
• Maintain an organized content library - properly categorizing photos and videos on Google Drive for quick access by the team. Ensure proper naming conventions, basecamp digital assets are up to date.
• Ensure all captured content is inventoried in a Google Sheet with where they are, their condition etc. so they can easily be retrieved for future use.

Capture Video Content (stories)

• Capture organic on-site “real time video content” delivered through stories, and/or potentially used for other future video editing needs i.e. supplying content to be incorporated into edited videos by external or internal parties
• Capture authentic video content that showcases the behind the scenes of all Good Life Brands including but not limited to our Goodlife Product Portfolio, Hospitality Spaces, Internal and External Events as well as East Abby Projects, related to food/beverage/experience features
• Ensure content is captured using best practices relevant to media channels or with future video editing considerations in mind.

Key Contribution

Createing high-quality, on-brand photo and video content that showcases Good Life Brands’ products, spaces, events, and key initiatives. They also edit, organize, and manage visual assets so they are easy for the team to access and use across marketing and internal channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional photography and videography with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and projects
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, framing, and storytelling through visual media
• Ability to operate professional camera equipment, lighting gear, and audio recording devices
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating visually captivating content
• Reliable access to necessary equipment or willingness to collaborate with provided tools when applicable

Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with additional editing software or motion graphics tools.
