We are hiring a Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) to join Ontario's leading clinical team, offering premium $60-75/hour rates and a guaranteed 30-minute local travel radius.

About the Opportunity:

Join Speech Associates, a premier multidisciplinary provider with over 20 years of excellence in speech and ABA therapy across Ontario. We are a multidisciplinary team of 150+ clinicians, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Registered Behaviour Analysts (RBAs). We are seeking driven Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDA) and Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As) to deliver high impact, direct therapy under the guidance and supervision of SLPs. Leveraging AlayaCare for effortless documentation and a dedicated 6 member support team, we help you build a custom, geographically clustered caseload that eliminates travel fatigue and prioritizes your clinical autonomy combining in-home, in-school and virtual settings.

Your Impact and Role:

Deliver speech and language interventions designed and directed by top tier SLPs

Deliver a mix of in-home, in-school, and virtual therapy based on your schedule and client needs

Collaborate with SLPs and RBAs, ensuring families see consistent progress across every environment

Utilize and receive training in AlayaCare for SOAP notes, tracking measurable progress in real-time

Support clients in achieving their communication goals with the precision and passion that defines our reputation

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and/or CDAAC Certified (active membership)
  • A valid Ontario Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
  • A commitment to geographically clustered caseloads that maximize your clinical impact
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to articulate clinical progress
  • Ability to work independently synced with a high functioning multidisciplinary team

Assets:

1+ years of experience in the field of speech and language therapy

Direct experience as a CDA or SLP-A

  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering in-person and tele-practice for Pediatric Autism (ASD), Early Intervention, and complex Language Delays and possess ability for treating Articulation disorders and facilitating Social Communication for neurodiverse learners.

Proficiency with AlayaCare or similar tech forward platforms

A CDA Diploma or specialized degree backing your practical expertise
